Board Member Opportunities
Last spring, several key board members retired due to their children aging out of the program. We are looking for parents with younger children to step into the following roles:
- President
- VP Senior League
- VP Junior League
- Treasurer
These positions are critical in order to be able to run the 2019-2020 season. The outgoing board members have offered to mentor new board members and help with the transition.
Other Volunteer Opportunities
We are also in need of town liaisons to act as points of contact for your local teams, as well as people to help with fundraising and assist at the district meet.
Southern Maine Gearbots depends on volunteers to run the organization and make this great STEM-based program affordable and available to kids across southern Maine.
